man(Who is Bonnie? Bonnie – CPA with over 6 years experience seeking Accounting Manager position)

Terry: Tell me why you left your last job.

Bonnie: My last position was a new department and as it turns out they restructured the department and my job was eliminated, but it was at a time when my dad was dying and I needed to take over his business a little. So, I took over his business and did the accounting and everything.

Now that I’ve straightened up everything in his business and I’m ready to move on.  What I’m really looking for is an opportunity where I have found that with the economy in non-profit what is happening is a lot of not for profits are losing funds.

What I’m interested in with your organization is I know I can bring you immediate results. I can be valuable from day one with little or no training and also I know it’s a stable environment where I can really plan some long-term goals because I know I will have the opportunity to achieve them.

Here’s how I would rate this answer . . .
