Terry: Do you have any questions for me?
Steven: Yes. I want to know in this particular position, I know HR you’re responsible for a lot of different things, but usually a few things take up the bulk of your day to day.
What would you say in this position is the bulk of the day to day?
Terry: That’s a question I’ll have to defer to the actual hiring manager because I couldn’t tell you, but that’s certainly a question I would ask them when you’re in touch with them.
I have told them that I will give them a heads up on the questions that each of the candidates do have so I’d be happy to take down any additional questions you may have so I can pass that on to them.
What other questions would you have for me or for them?
Steven: I would just ask what would be the biggest challenges in this role? What would be the most essential skill set that you would be looking for?
Right now, I think those are the only questions I have.
Terry: Great. Anything else before we wrap this up that we should talk about, in terms of questions you may have for me or anything else we should talk about?
Steven: Not at this time.
