Tom Cath

Tom Cath is currently the Director of the Career Center at Valparaiso University in Indiana, and assists students and alumni with career exploration, networking, job searching, resume and cover letter preparation and interviewing skills. Prior to joining Valpo, Tom led the Career Center at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He graduated from DePauw with a B.A. in Economics and has an M.I.M. from The Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.

Betty Flasch is an accomplished Talent Management Leader and Career Development Consultant, with multicultural expertise. A Spanish and French speaker, Betty has worked in the US and abroad in corporate and higher education for several years. Betty holds a Master degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Loyola University; she also earned Master degrees from both Middlebury College, Vermont and Madrid (Spanish) and the University of Illinois, Urbana (Linguistics/TESL).

Gretchen Fry brings many years of experience in coaching across industries including HR, Sales, Finance, Design, Marketing, Consulting, and Higher Education. With a BA from Hope College in Business Management focused in Human Resources and in Fine Arts focused in graphic design, she graduated magna cum laude and has lived in Georgia, Michigan, Washington, D.C., and now calls Chicago home. She is passionate about demystifying the job process for clients to receive successful results.

Tina Hagopian-Fahey has held executive leadership positions at three top international workforce solutions organizations. Combined with her experience at elite boutique and franchised staffing firms she has more than twenty years’ experience as a recruiter, (hiring) manager, corporate trainer and longtime independent career coach. Tina has special expertise in interview preparation with career changers, tenured executives and recent graduates. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Management from Western Illinois University.

F. Woodson (Woody) Hancock is located in New York City, provides career counseling services and is a consultant to several leading business schools. Prior to entering the counseling field, Woody spent 25 years in investment banking with First Boston Corporation, Kidder, Peabody & Co., UBS and his own firm.He holds a B.A in History from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Harvard. He is a member of the Alumni Interviewers’ Board of Harvard University.

Mary Ann Hocter has served as undergraduate finance department internship class instructor at DePaul’s Driehaus College of Business since 2003. Earlier in her career, Mary Ann worked in Career Management and Admissions for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and as a policy analyst for the Export-Import Bank of the US. Mary Ann earned a B.S. in International Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg in Finance and Human Resources.

Lindsay Kindschy

Lindsay Kindschy received her B.A. in English from University of Wisconsin – Madison and Masters of Education from Loyola University. She has coached students as a career counselor at CU-Boulder and at UW-Madison she now directs the career development program for Division I student-athletes. Lindsay has experience working with clients of the Baby Boomer generation transitioning into new careers or rebranding themselves and marketing themselves for the ever-changing job market.

Judie Moswin has 24 years of career management experience including extensive time as an outplacement consultant. Earlier in her career she was an executive recruiter within the commercial design and architecture industries and has also worked within the retail, wholesale and manufacturing arenas. She has an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from the Harrington Institute, a B.A. in Education from the University of Cincinnati and also a Masters Certification in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders.

Randy Roach

Randy Roach is an experienced human resources, leadership development and career coach. She brings over twenty years of experience helping individuals and leaders to improve their job search strategy, interview performance, and interviewing skills. Randy has also done extensive work with the long- term and chronically under and unemployed, helping them to land desirable, targeted jobs. She holds both a B.A. in English and a Masters in Adult Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sean Story specializes in working with younger people starting out in their careers. He played football and earned a B. A. in Politics and Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. At Northern Trust he led the banking initiative for Private Equity funds, and worked at JP Morgan in Large Corporate Banking. He is now the COO & CFO of CBC Specialty Beverage.
