man(Who is  Leonard? Leonard – Non-Profit Leader with 25 years experience seeking Executive Director role)

Terry: Do you have any questions for me?

Leonard: Now this is the other tough one.  Can you give me some understanding as to why there’s an opening at this time for the Executive Director and where am I at in this process, you know, in the timeline?  Those would be the two questions.

Terry: As the screener, I can’t speak to the aspects of those two, but I have been asked to pass it on to the person who will be doing the next round of interviews.  So they have the questions from all the candidates in advance, they know and they’re prepared to speak to that, so I will pass those two on.

Are there any other questions that you would like me to add to the list?

Leonard: No, not at this time.

Terry: Do you have any questions for me at this time?

Leonard: You as the screener or you as the consultant?

Terry: Me, as the screener.

Leonard: No.
