YOUR DASHBOARD
Hello [wlm_firstname],
Here’s what is next for you, [wlm_firstname] [wlm_lastname] and what we recommend.
Since you have just purchased [wlm_memberlevel] coaching session with one of our expert career coaches, our next step is to select your coach and forward them your contact information.
If you have registered outside our normal business hours, i.e. Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm central time (Chicago), we may need some additional time.
Please include:
- date and time of your scheduled interview
- multiple options of days and times for your coaching session
- your time zone
- all your contact information (email, phone including area code, skype contact name if international or additional contact option)
Ideally, we recommend your coaching session two days or more in advance of your interview. This is so you have time to implement your coach’s specific feedback and suggestions. However, even when time is short, we will do our best to meet your needs and time frame.
While You’re Waiting
While you’re waiting for your coach to contact you to schedule your private session, here are three things you can do in advance to make the most of your time with them.
- your resume or C.V.
- job posting or description that is your focus OR
- job posting or description that is similar to the types of positions you’re pursuing
- cover letter if used
To send your documents, visit the Contact Us page and click on the button to submit a support ticket.
Attach your documents. We will forward to your selected coach.

While every interview is unique, there are some classic questions that come up so frequently in interviews, that you will benefit from thinking through or drafting what you would say in response for a specific job description or posting.
If you’re not sure, then here are 10 classic questions that you may want to answer with the focus of a specific job description or posting in mind:
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why did you leave your last/want to leave your current job?
3. Why do you want to work here?
4. What are your strengths?
5. What are your weaknesses?
6. What are your goals?
7. Tell me about a time when you . . . (behavioral interview question)
8. What would you do if . . .
9. What is your salary requirement?
10. Do you have any questions for me?
You may submit any questions with answers for which you would like to receive feedback.
Submit your draft answers in writing in advance through the button on the Contact Us page and we will forward to your coach for their reference.
