Terry: Thank you. Why did you leave your last job?
Steven: It was a job elimination as they went through some restructuring. In case, the real estate market hit them fairly hard. They did a lot of expansion in the past couple years before that bubble burst so they are having some issues with occupancy so they went through a restructuring.
In addition to that, they moved a lot of their operations to their office so that really cut the size of the office down and ended up eliminating my position.

Good that you didn’t sound bitter, good you gave context, could do a little more of how many people were impacted, etc. to reinforce that it wasn’t performance related.
