First, I’d just like to say that your style makes me feel comfortable yet it’s in a professional manner. And this includes the feedback that you’re able to get because I can see it on a video. And I get to watch the video and we can, uhm, go over each segment of the video. It’s really positive and it’s really encouraging and I can… I need help with both uh, my mannerisms as well as my reminding me to uh, finish the story. To give the results. Be result-oriented when I’m giving those answers. And this has led for me uhm, to getting… to be more comfortable when I’m doing phone interviews. As a result of that, I’m getting more second and third uhm, in-person interviews.
