(Who is Denise? Denise – Global Integrated Marketing Executive seeking Director of Strategy position)
Terry: Do you have any questions for me?
Denise: Yes. I’d like to know if I answered or addressed your questions satisfactorily around what I would do if there was an issue with the media buy? I want to make sure that if you have any additional follow up questions that I can address them.
Terry: Let’s come back to that in a moment. What other questions would you have for me? I want to get them all down before we continue our interview conversation.
Denise: Yes. I’d like to know if, based on our conversation thus far, if I’ve provided enough information about myself to address the skillsets that you’re looking for in this position. Is there a gap? Are there any red flags that I can continue to address?
Terry: Any other questions you’d like some input on, from our organization?
Denise: Yes, I’m curious to understand what some of the top challenges are that your organization is facing right now?
I just read a report by XXX. It was their annual report. They spent a lot of time talking about the changing media landscape and its impact not just to consumers, but also the agencies and the talent that they’re bringing on board.
I’d love to hear your perspective on what are some of the top challenges that your firm is facing at this time?
Terry: Any additional questions? It’s okay if you have more than one.
Denise: At this time no, I think that’s pretty much it.

Q10. Do you have any questions for me? – DENISE QUICK RATING – F
Good followup on the question to pull for remaining concern. Top challenges question is a little vague, would have been stronger if you had posed specific question/issue and asked if they saw that as well. Didn’t ask process questions about hiring process timeline, follow-up permission, etc.
